Shipping

That depends on the item. You can see which options are available to you when you look at your shopping cart.

For apparel, shoes, duffel bags, and other exclusive Jenisms merchandise, most locations are eligible for both standard and express shipping. We decide which carrier to use based on your chosen shipping time, your location, and current shipping market rates. We will inform you in your confirmation email which carrier your package will go through. (Please note that all express shipping options require a valid phone number!)

Shoes do take about a month to arrive because they need to be printed and then shipped from China. Please be patient on these, and let us know if it’s been longer than a month. Apparel arrives sooner because it is printed and shipped in the U.S.

Some diamond paintings are available by free local pickup in Madison, Indiana. The ones this applies to will be clearly marked as such. These items are also available for standard shipping for a flat fee.

Diamond paintings not marked as local pickup will be shipped from the manufacturer with free shipping. These will take a week or two to arrive.

At this time, we only ship to the United States.

Now that’s a hard one. Because we use several different suppliers, shipping times can vary greatly!

We do give an estimated delivery time, but it is not a guarantee. All items will have a tracking number that will be sent to your email. 

Apparel, duffle bags, and other accessories are printed and ship from the United States. Diamond paintings marked with “free shipping” ship from overseas, so they take longer to get to you. Diamond paintings marked as “local pickup” come directly from our business in Madison, Indiana and will be mailed out as soon as we can!

Shoes take the longest (about a month) because they have to be custom printed and then shipped from China.

 

Here are a couple of reasons why an order might arrive past its estimated delivery time:

  • Products being out of stock
  • Shipping related delays like failed delivery attempts, service disruptions, or harsh weather conditions (we wish we could control the weather AND Fed-Ex!)

Nonetheless, we work very hard to meet our delivery estimates with each order. 

 

If you’re ever in a situation where the estimated delivery time has passed, please give us a bit longer. Then, if it’s still not there after 5 more days, get in touch with us here, and we’ll take a look.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) as well as PayPal and Venmo. (For Venmo, click the Paypal radio button on the checkout page, and the option will appear.)

For your convenience, we also offer a 4-month payment plan through PayPal if you spend between $30 and $1500.

Orders & Returns

Submitted orders can be changed or canceled if they are not in fulfillment status yet. Once the status changes to “Being Fulfilled”, the order has been sent to the printer and can not be changed.

Use our convenient “Track Your Order” page to see what’s going on. You have two options: you can enter your Order ID and email address, or you can enter the tracking number. You will receive that information in your email when you place an order.

Returns are handled through our third-party supplier and are limited to misprinted, damaged, or defective items. Due to shipping from multiple distribution centers around the world, you must contact us within 14 consecutive days of receiving your item for instructions on how to proceed with a return. We will provide you with the correct return address based on your location.

We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.
