26. Addendums

a) In the event that a base product is out-of-stock, we have the right to replace it with a similar style and color item, if available. Any printing, embroidery, sizing, or pricing shall not be affected.

b) Returns shall be handled through our third-party supplier and are limited to misprinted, damaged, or defective items. Due to shipping from multiple distribution centers around the world, you must contact us within 14 consecutive days of receiving your item for instructions on how to proceed with a return. We will provide you with the correct return address based on your location.

c) Except for Customers residing in Brazil, we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Customers residing in Brazil and regretting a purchase must contact our Customer Service and express their will to return the item within 5 consecutive days after receiving it.
