HOW TO ORDER:

1. Choose the size and font choice from the dropdown menus.

2. Type each name in the personalization boxes for your item. Please pay attention to spelling and capitalization (we will print it exactly as you type it!). The name will be in black or white depending on the background you choose (see photos). If you would like the pet’s full body to be seen (not just their head), add the word “body” to the end of the name.

3. Upload a high-resolution picture of your pet (or one of each pet). Make sure their full head (or body if requested) is visible. We can print up to three pets with no additional charges. If you are interested in getting a pair with more than three pets, message us to arrange a personalized listing. Please make sure the photo is clear and taken in good lighting. The higher the quality of the photos, the better your pants will turn out! (See below for photo tips!) 

4. Add the item to the cart and checkout.

5. Check your email daily for your proof (including your spam folder!). Your proof will come from proofs@jenisms.com. It will usually take a day or two after your order for our artist to complete your artwork and send it to you. We will give you 24 hours to respond with your okay or revision, after which (if we don’t hear back from you) we will go ahead send it to production.

Photo Tips

1. Choose a picture of your pet standing or sitting. The goal is to show their complete head without anything cut-off or hidden from view (e.g. ears cropped out of the photo or their chin behind a blanket).

2. Make sure your photo is taken in good lighting and not blurry. A picture taken outside on a sunny day is ideal, but indoor shots are fine as long as they aren’t too dark.

3. We welcome accessories on your pet. Does your iguana wear sunglasses, or does your rabbit wear a bow on her ear? Super cute (and great for pajama pants)! We will include accessories if they are in the picture, so if you don’t want your horse’s bit to show on your pants, choose a photo without it.

4. We can also show more of your pet on the pants than just its head if you prefer (see Leonardo the chameleon or Fred the goldfish on the pants in our “background options” listing photo). Just let us know what you’re thinking, and our artist will do her best to make your idea come to life.

Production Time and Shipping:

Our processing time is 7-9 business days, which allows our artist time to create your unique design by hand, send it to you for proof approval, and then send it to the factory for printing, cutting and assembly. Please also note that we are a small family business and may (rarely) encounter extenuating circumstances that delay your order by a day or two. No matter what, we vow to get your item to you as soon as we can without compromising its quality.

Because we work with an overseas factory to fulfill orders, standard shipping takes about 8-10 days to the US. Due to current import prices, we do not offer express shipping on this item.

On personalized items, we do NOT accept returns or exchanges. However, if your item is damaged or otherwise messed up in production, please send us a message right away! We will work to make it right.
